A dream start for ambitious women
For the sixth year in a row TheNextWomen offers ambitious women-led startups the stage of TheNextWomen Pitch Competition to pitch their company to an expert jury of investors, press, advisors and other professionals. This year TheNextWomen will take the annual Pitch Competition to the next level: the quarter- and semifinals of the competition will be localized in Amsterdam, London and Paris. The finalists will come together in Amsterdam during the grand finale in October 2018. The best female startup wins, among other things, a convertible loan of at least €20.000 from TheNextWomen Crowd Fund. You can sign up for TheNextWomen Pitch Competition 2018 for all locations. 30 female entrepreneurs will be selected out of all the applications for the second round for each location. Eventually 15 startups at every location will be selected for the semifinals. After guidance and workshops from successful women from TheNextWomen network 3 finalists at each location will be chosen. On Thursday October 4 2018 they will pitch their startup on the main stage of TheNextWomen Pitch Competition, in front of an investors jury, an audience of entrepreneurs, the press and speakers. The three finalists all receive a convertible loan of €10.000 and can also win the Jury Prize and the Audience Prize of an additional €10.000 each.

For example, the last 4 winners closed a €500.000 – €750.000 funding round within 9 months after participation.”
