Op woensdag 9 september 2015 vindt in Parijs plaats het 2e Europese Forum voor openbare aanbestedingen van innovaties in de gezondheid. Op dit evenement komen ’s ochtends de Franse spelers aan het woord die een rol spelen bij  de promotie van innovatie in de Franse publieke gezondheidszorg, zoals de RESAH, het  Réseau des Acheteurs Hospitaliers. Doorgaans is het lastig om hier inzicht in te krijgen. Tijdens deze ochtend worden de instrumenten gepresenteerd die Frankrijk inzet om innovatie in publieke aanbestedingen aan te moedigen.  Ook wordt een aantal voorbeeldprojecten gepresenteerd zoals dat van de Silver Valley voor healthy aging. De ochtend wordt afgesloten met een presentatie over de rol van de industrie bij innovatieve oplossingen en hun relatie met ziekenhuizen.

De ochtend, op Frankrijk gericht is in het Frans, de middag, meer Europees georiënteerd met een workshop INSPIRE, is in het Engels.
Tussendoor zijn netwerkmomenten.
